All services are subject to these terms and any specific agreements formed for individual services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for services are subject to change without notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

The NexTech St. Helena name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of NexTech St. Helena Ltd or its affiliates. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of St. Helena Island, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
